Still Learning My Way
I'm new to fountain pens and I got this to replace a Firm Fine. The nib writes great, I have no complaints with it, it's just a much thinner line than today's pens. It's good to have, but I think I should go for a broad to get what I expect to be a medium line. Otherwise, I have no issues with the nib at all. Anderson is an awesome resource for Esterbrook nibs!
I needed to replace the nib on my vintage Esterbrook fountain pen and was able to quickly find one from Anderson Pens. My only complaint (and I use that word very lightly) was that the exact match to what I had was out of stock (price $10). I had to substitute a different nib for $25. I wish the less expensive one had been available, but other than that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.
