Dry but vibrant.
This ink only gets along well with my wettest pens, but the color is undeniably purple. It would probably be my favorite purple if it behaved a little better. No noticeable amount of shading, though.

Love this purple
When I first wrote with North African Violet, it was a bit too red for my taste, but it darkens over a minute or so to the shade of purple I wanted. Love the shading in a flex nib and in a medium Pilot Metropolitan.
