Description Parker Duofold Jr. Fountain Pen in Red with gold filled trim ca. 1926. 14kt Fine point nib is a later Vacumatic replacement. Name engraved in cap band - an unusual but neat treatment. Cap lip appears to have been trimmed, presumably to counter affect hairline cracks. One crack in cap lip. In otherwise good condition. Restored and in working order. Button filling, only fills from the bottle. Ready to write. As with most Duofolds of this era I do not recommend posting the cap due to possible damage to the brittle material. **Vintage pens, or pens marked as Experienced will be considered for return only if they arrived to you as mechanically defective. Experienced pens may have small defects or scuffs, since they often have been pre-owned, and they have been priced accordingly. All Japanese Pen Nibs are graded as the manufacturer intended, that is, they will be finer than western counterparts (e.g. Japanese Medium is more like a Western Fine, Fine is more like an Extra Fine, etc.).
