Visconti Steel Medium nib unit which fits Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Michelangelo series fountain pens. This threaded nib unit is easily replaceable, remove section from pen and remove converter before rotating old nib unit counterclockwise to remove.

Very smooth nib
The nib was shipped quickly and writes beautifully, actually much better than the 21kt nib that came with the pen.
