Description Esterbrook J (Full Sized) fountain pen in Black, ca. 1944-47. Often called Transitional as there were several variations of pens made during 1944-1947. Steel 2556 Fine point nib writes closer to a medium. Lever filling, only fills from the bottle. In very good condition, with some drawer marks from use and modern replacement black cap jewel.
