a Lovely purple
The sample helped me decide between the violets/purple in a way that a computer swatch cannot. I appreciate the larger sample, as it allows me to try it in several different kinds of pens with different nibs.

I ordered samples of Parkpop Purple and Simplisties Violet in the same order. My preference is for Simplisties Violet. It is a richer color, more red, and darker. It seems to glide across the paper more smoothly, wetter. I test wrote on Tomoe and TWSBI paper. I made a few marks on Rhodia paper as well. I was using a TWSBI 580 EF nib (Parkpop), and a Faber Castell with a F nib (Simplisties Violet). Both are nice writing experiences.
