I received this to nib a week ago replace the stock M nib in a Jinhao x750 pen. Lovely, smooth results, no problems to report in daily use. Probably the best way I can imagine to get a quality Broad writing experience for under $25 total!
This nib is very smooth. It rivals the nibs on expensive fountain pens.
I bought this as well as the Noodler's Art Pack which contains a non-flex tipped broad nib. The art pack was only $6 so I figured I'd see how it compares to the Anderson Pens steel broad nib.
Here are my findings:
1) The Anderson broad is the smoother of the two. Excellent nib.
2) The Noodler's is slightly less broad. On Rhodia paper it reminded me of some of my Japanese medium in fact. And the Noodler's had a little bit more feedback. Not a bad nib, mind you.
The Noodler's is a great value, but I think the Anderson Nib is worth paying a little bit more.
