The Edison Collier fountain pen in Nighthawk features a deep dark base with saturated shades of blue flake in the barrel and cap, silver-plated trim and a  single tone #6 steel nib engraved with the Edison logo. The Collier fountain pen is one of the most popular Edison pens in the production line, and is also the largest.

The Collier is not designed to post the cap onto the barrel, but uncapped at 5 3/32" long, the cigar-shaped barrel fits comfortably in the hand. The Edison Collier fountain pen uses either the included standard international converter, or short standard international cartridges for your convenience.

The nib options for the pen range from steel EF through Broad, plus 1.1mm and 1.5mm stub sizes, or upgrades to an 18kt nib are available. Please Note: Some 18kt nibs are special order and will take an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

Please note: Edison is undergoing a rolling change in their gold plated and regular 18kt gold nibs - Two tone nibs are being phased out in favor of Single tone gold plated or single tone 18kt gold. Some nibs are only available in single tone gold. If this is a concern, please email or call for more details.

My Favorite Edison

I have small hands but severe arthritis which has made using many of my beloved pens nearly impossible. In the effort to continue writing until they pry that last fountain pen from me, I've switched over to purchasing only the largest pens. This Collier is not only comfortable to hold, it's beautiful, even more so in person. The 18k gold nib was the perfect upgrade, offering a nice amount of bounce and line variation with ease. The extra fine I ordered is delightfully so, and wonderfully smooth to boot. Just perfect. Thanks to Anderson Pens for quickly getting me just what I wanted! Also a new bottle of Tsuyu-kusa by Pilot which I found to be the perfect marriage of pen and ink. Thanks so much.

Absolutely great pen

This is my second Edison Collier and I decided to splurge for a gold fine nib. Edison pens are exceptionally nice quality so I figure it is worth more love. This is a big pen but not giant in the grip and fits comfortably in my hand. I''ve only given a brief spin so far, but I expect to use it a lot. I have so much enjoyed my first Collier and this is going to be seeing a lot of writing time.
