The Edison Menlo fountain pen in Sweet Honey features gold-plated trim and a two-tone #6 steel nib engraved with the Edison logo. The Menlo fountain pen was added to the production line in mid-2020.

The Edison Menlo fountain pen uses either the included standard international converter, or short standard international cartridges for your convenience.

The nib options for the pen range from steel EF through Broad, plus 1.1mm and 1.5mm stub sizes, or upgrades to an 18kt nib are available. Please Note: Some 18kt nibs are special order and will take an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

Please note: Edison is undergoing a rolling change in their gold plated and regular 18kt gold nibs - Two tone nibs are being phased out in favor of Single tone gold plated or single tone 18kt gold. Some nibs are only available in single tone gold. If this is a concern, please email or call for more details.

Menlo Sweet Honey

I have used the pen for one month with Visconti Green ink and I now rank it among my best pens. It writes well, a little on the wet side and never misses even when writing very fast. The nicely designed steel nib is a fine and is very smooth. I normally don't go for bright pens but this is well designed and flawless. l like the way the bottom of the cap is contoured to fit flush with the barrel. My only problem is trying to resist taking a bite of it - it looks like sweet candy.

Edison Menlo Sweet Honey

I have used this pen for a month of writing with Visconti Green ink and now rate it among my favorite pens. I have the steel, beautifully designed, fine nib. It writes smoothly, slightly wet, and never misses even with fast writing.
I like the way the bottom of the cap tapers to become flush with the barrel. I do not usually buy a pen so colorful but can't help but love the looks; the design is flawless. My only problem is curbing my impulse to take a bite out of it - it does look like sweet candy.
