Description The Esterbrook JR fountain pen in Paradise Blue Breeze is made of turned turquoise acrylic, with a yellow accent color at the top of the cap, gold-plated clip and accents that match the trim band and nib and features a Jowo #5 gold-plated stainless steel nib. The pen fills with either a standard international cartridge or converter for use with bottled ink, both of which are included, along with a polishing cloth in the gift box. The Esterbrook JR Pocket fountain pen stands for the Esterbrook J Reborn, and is youthful like the original and carries a similar smaller shape and size. It's an important pen to the brand, as its predecessor was, and still is, a popular pen among writing enthusiasts. The Esterbrook J was Esterbrook’s sleek and suave, classic pocket pen that appealed to the practicality of the times. It was a perfect pen for both men and women, and we think it still is today.
