Description Esterbrook Pastel Model TTH mechanical pencil in Brown with silver trim ca. 1949. Cap actuated clutch pencil. 0.9mm Lead size. Pen exhibits unusual total discoloration on barrel and cap, likely from sitting in a display case in the sun for a long time. Original color can be seen on barrel beneath cap and on the cap where the original sticker was. Likely Orchid was the original color. In very good condition and in working order. Eraser will need to be replaced should you wish to use it. **Vintage pens, or pens marked as Experienced will be considered for return only if they arrived to you as mechanically defective. Experienced pens may have small defects or scuffs, since they often have been pre-owned, and they have been priced accordingly. All Japanese Pen Nibs are graded as the manufacturer intended, that is, they will be finer than western counterparts (e.g. Japanese Medium is more like a Western Fine, Fine is more like an Extra Fine, etc.).
