Appropriately launched on the Autumnal Equinox, the Field Notes limited release for the Fall of 2021 is the Harvest Edition. Noted American artist John Burgoyne’s illustrations grace the covers of the six Memo Books in this series, featuring fruits and vegetables commonly harvested in the Fall. Two different 3-Packs (Pack A and Pack B) contain all six versions, and subscribers get both. These packs are perfect for the foodie or gardener on your gift list. Pack A includes Pumpkin, Chard and Tomato. Pack B features Apples, Corn and Grapes.
The illustrations are embossed into covers made from hemp fiber from Mohawk’s Renewal line. This lovely and sturdy cover stock takes the embossing beautifully, and makes the most of John Burgoyne’s delicate ink and water color technique.
The interior pages are new as well. To make it easy to share recipes and grocery or planting lists, the Harvest notebooks feature perforated pages. The Ruled-Dot-Ledger format works great for list making, recipes, planting bed diagrams, or just plain old Autumnal notes and observations.
We’ve used a backing card instead of a belly band on these 3-Packs so the artwork really stands out on your shelves. We expect lots of packs will be bought as gifts and, of course, they’ll be irresistible to foodies, gardeners, etc.
