I got this case that has an Italian brand name but made in India. It has a soft leather cover with padding underneath. There are 2 elastic sleeves/bands per pen to hold the pens securely in place. Each side of the folio is wide enough to hold pens as large as my Pelikan M1000 with room to spare. With both sides filled with pens there is still no issue folding and zippering the folio. I like that I can also fit a soft cover Tomoe River A5 journal in between and still zip the folio shut. The zipper is not stressed trying to zip it all shut. The velvety flap that keeps the pens from each side from touching each other felt a bit stiff and cheap when I first got this, like there was some type of plastic insert underneath the velvet. However after a week or two of use it has gotten a bit more flexible and no longer makes an odd plasticy sound if bent. I spent quite a bit of time looking for a place to put all my prized pens and this folio is ideal and secure. It is not super high end but I would not call it cheap, either. It does smell like leather, which is nice. All is all, I'm glad I made the purchase.
