The cardboard box contains 3 Sailor fountain pen ink cartridges inside a plastic carrying case, and the name of the ink color is embossed on each cartridge! Sailor cartridges are proprietary and only fit Sailor fountain pens that accept cartridges. This color was designed as a companion ink to the Sailor Japanese Fairy Tales Grateful Crane fountain pen. The Fairy Tales inks are inspired by well-known Japanese Fairy Tales. Sailor fountain pen ink is made in Japan, is very well behaved, has good flow, and is easy to rinse out of your fountain pen.
